We grow an assortment of vegetables and herbs for folks in Winston-Salem, NC.
We grow our produce in an ecoganic way, we use the following to the best of our abilities:
Crop rotation to deter pest and disease cycles.
Deer fencing to keep larger creatures out.
Yearly soil testing to identify deficiencies.
Beneficial nematodes to help fight micro battles against an ever present hungry larva populations.
Bee hives to increase pollination.
Organic fertilizers and cover crops to sustain and encourage healthy production.
